is YOGA is a studio inspired by the hearts and teachings of many on the path of
self-study. It is a community to Practice Yoga and Yoke!

"Being Yoked Is Yoga"

A Studio is where one works to become skilled, is taught or teaches.

is YOGA represents the collective of communities where Chae meets those in inquiry and work together towards understanding and refining the art and science of our yoga practice.

 

On site studies are held in the home studio in Fishtown Philadelphia.  In 2013, the living room of a city row home was converted into an intimate practice space in an effort to offer individual attention to each student.  Events and offerings here are limited for family life.   All prices listed on this website on the classes page apply to classes held on site only.

 

Mission: Honor traditions of yoga and individual student’s place to evolve at one’s own pace.  *Most classes offer detailed alignment in flow.  

Offerings: Open Group Classes, Private Sessions, Specialty Yoga Series for Beginner Hatha Yoga, Benefit Classes, Teacher Trainings, Self Inquiry~Subtle Body programs and Retreats.  Programs qualify for CE Credits with Yoga Alliance.
