isYOGA was inspired by the teachings of yoga and life’s changes to offer community for those in self inquiry towards empowerment in relationship on and off the mat. Yoga practices physical and beyond continuously help me to connect back to faith. Offerings: Open Group Classes, Private Sessions, Specialty Yoga Series in Prenatal and Beginner Hatha Yoga, Benefit Classes, Teacher Trainings, Self Inquiry~Subtle Body programs and Retreats. All qualify for continuing education credits with yoga alliance. Is Yoga is a 200 and 300 Hour Registered School with Yoga Alliance (RYS).
